Safe Music Management was founded in 2015 by Radio Broadcaster and singer, Loretta Andrews.

Loretta Andrews started in music at a young age and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. With experience as a session singer, signed artist, radio broadcaster and event host she has well-rounded skills in most aspects of the business. During the success of her 'Unsigned' radio show and live events, Loretta was repeatedly asked to manage artists and always declined due to time pressures. In 2015 she finally felt it was the right time to take on a new challenge and support artists in their journey towards their dreams.

"There are a few things I'm passionate about; obviously the music but, also mentoring artists and developing them coming from a place of integrity, transparency and honesty so that they reach their full potential and achieve their dreams."

In 2019 Loretta was selected as part of the Music Manager Forum’s ‘Accelerator’ Program in partnership with YouTube.

Currently Loretta manages Poet, Producer and Rapper, Joshua Luke Smith, British/Nigerian/Jamaican Folk-Soul Singer-Songwriter, Bianca Rose, and award-winning Rap and Grime artist Guvna B.
